The Union Bank will be bringing exciting enhancements to the way you bank with us. It is our desire to offer the most convenient services and to provide a culture of friendly, professional, community bankers. With that being said, we will be upgrading various customer service features here at the bank.

This enhancement will take place on Monday, June 23rd, 2014.

Beginning Friday, June 20 at 4pm - Premier Online Banking will be in Inquire Mode only, due to our system enhancements. No Internal Transfers or Bill Payments can be made during this time. The system will be back up and fully functional on Monday, June 23 at 9am. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


With this enhancement, we will be offering upgraded features like:

  • The layout of all Union Bank mailed statements will change.
  • On June 23, there will be a new toll free InfoLine number, 844-253-4531, to assist with all of your automated banking needs. This new number will replace those existing local numbers.
  • The landing/summary page for Premier Online Banking will change slightly, with easier navigation.
    Access IDs’ and passwords WILL NOT CHANGE.
    Bill Pay enrollment and bill pay items WILL NOT CHANGE.
    Accounts viewed online will now be tied in by the Social Security number of the primary account holder.
    Starting June 23, online account history/transactions will reset and begin anew – any imports of account history will need to be done by close of business, Friday, June 20. (Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, etc.)
    On August 1, a mobility banking app will be available to download for Apple and Android devices.

While a change of this magnitude will likely have some rough spots, we are excited about the future it will facilitate. In the end, these new features will provide, you, the customer with a more secure product and better services.
