You can even securely send money to other people using nothing more than their name and a mobile phone number. How’s that for simple?! The Accounts Tab offers detailed information for the selected account. Just select another account to change it.
Details displays the Accounts Transaction Activity including the scheduled, pending and posted items. You can use this Account to create transfers, view electronic documents, categorize transactions and download the information and request stop payments on checks.
The Transfer Tab is your “Transfer Center” and offers powerful tools for controlling the movement of money, quickly create new transfers and review a list of scheduled transfers. Bill Payment helps to make managing your bills a breeze. In fact, take advantage of our auto-pay feature and we will take care of it automatically! Log Out securely ends your session. We recommend logging out each time you end your session. Online Banking – It is a refreshingly simple approach - The information you need… When you need it!
SERVICE YOUR ACCOUNTS
No more mail, phone calls, or trips to the bank to service your accounts. Instead, you can just log on and have access to:
- Stop a payment on a deposit account check.
- Print copies of checks or paper statements (not yet available in Mobile Banking).
- Edit your e-mail address.
- Manage all devices enrolled in Mobile Banking.
- Set up account alert notifications and receive them via online, email or text.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
On our Homepage, go to the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link (or click here) and you can get a temporary password emailed to you without having to call the bank – this comes in handy for holidays, evenings and weekends.
*IMPORTANT* FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, PREMIER ONLINE BANKING REQUIRES A PASSWORD CHANGE EVERY SIX (6) MONTHS. THE SYSTEM WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN IT IS TIME TO DO SO AND PROMPT YOU TO CREATE A NEW, AUTHENTIC PASSWORD.
Profile... is where you customize your profile settings. Such as your passwords... Challenge Questions and answers... email address... phone numbers... and manage the devices you use for our mobile banking service. To make a change... simply type in the new information... Then... Save.
Manage Mobile Devices
If you choose to take advantage of our mobile banking services... Profile... is where you'll manage your mobile devices. From here you can view a list of your currently active devices... select which accounts you'd like to display on your phone. And update your current time zone. to make a change to an active device... just select an option from the drop-down You can also add new devices from here. You can download our app... sign up for Text Banking... or register a device for our mobile site. Plus you can choose to receive your Account alerts as text messages. No matter how you choose to receive your account information... you'll be confident knowing our multi-factor authentication helps keep your information secure.
